Primary Flight display (PFD)

 

The PFD is always displayed to each pilot. In the event of display failure the, ND display will automatically configure to show the PFD data. The flight crew will normally use the data from their side of the ADIRU, but in the event of failure they can select to use data from the 3rd ADIRU, using the EFIS switch panel.

ILS scales

 

When no data is valid from the ADIRU, the PFD displays the fail flags for SPD, ALT, V/S, HDG and ATT.
