Anti Skid

The Anti Skid system is embedded in the BSCU. It takes in wheel speed and controls the hydraulic pressure being supplied to the brakes of that wheel.

The brake forces is usually supplied by the green hydraulic system, but the blue hydraulic system may be used as a back up.

When the anti skid system is active, it is indicated on the wheels system display. The 3 lines either side of the wheel indicate braking, whilst their absence indicates the anti skid prevention.
