ILS/FREQ
Displays the ILS Ident of the departure runway, during the take off phase and the ILS ident of the arrival runway, there after.
The flight crew may manually insert an ILS ident.
ADF/FREQ
The flight crew may enter an ADF ident to manually tune the ADF. This then shows up withe the green ADF pointers on the ND, when the ADF switch on the Nav Control panel is selected .
Note that there is no simulation of MLS., or TACAN stations in eth A330 simulator.
VOR / VOR DME
VOR 1 is controlled from the switch under the NAV Mode knob
VOR 2 is controlled from the switch under the NAV Range knob
The Nav Display shows the selected VOR (either manually or automatically from the FMGC).
The pointer gives the direction to the VOR.
The VOR is displayed in blue font on the ND when it is selected.
The distance to the VOR is shown in green under the respective Pointer details at the bottom of the ND

ADF
To manually tune a VOR, enter its ident in the scratchpad and the press the LSK next to the VOR1 or VOR 2.
If a course is entered as well, then the VOR display of the ND will show the VOR deviation.
Note that there is no separate VOR Autoflight mode for the Airbus.
To show an ADF, enter its Ident in the ADF arae of the NAV RAD Page..
Select the Radio switch on the Nav Control Panel to ADF
The ADF pointer appears in Green on the ND.
To display the VOR display on the ND select the Nav Control Panel Mode knob to VOR

Displays the auto tuned nav aid. The flight crew may manually enter a VOR ident. The manually entered VOR ident may be cleared by a CLR action.
The flight crew may manually insert a course here.
Radio Nav Page
The Radio Navigation Page enables the flight crew to select and verify the radio nav aids tuned for display purposes.
These Nav aids are :
The RAD NAV Page is accessible from the direct access keys. If either RMP is set to NAV, this page is blanked on both MCDUs.
