APU Starting Panel

 

APU Master SW

 

Opens the APU inlet flap and causes the APU SD page to appear

 

 

In/On

 

Causes the APU shut down sequence to begin.

 

Out/Off

 

Illuminated when an automatic or emergency shut down occurs

 

 

FAULT

 

Indicates the APU flap is opening

 

 

APU Start SW

 

Begins the APU start sequence

 

 

Pressed

 

ON/R

 

Illuminated when the APU is available to supply electrical and/or bleed air to the aircraft.

 

AVAIL

 

Indicates that the APU is starting, Light extinguishes at APU N > 95%

 

 

ON

 

The APU is described in the aircraft systems under APU.  

 

 

This is a momentary press push button. It does not latch in.

 

 

The APU master button and On button are located on the lights switch panel at the front of the overhead panel.
