Nav display control

6 way knob : Selects the ND display to ILS, VOR, NAV. ARCH, PLAN or Engine back up

 

 

Nav display range control

6 way knob : Selects the range on the ND, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 and 320 nautical miles

 

 

F/D and ILS buttons

FD button selects the F/D on the PFD, The LS button selects the ILS G/S and LOC scales on the PFD, if a valid ILS is selected and within range.

 

ND idents buttons

Each button selects navigation details on the MD. Only one button is active at a time. The CSTR button shows all the constraints (speed, altitude) within the flight plan. The WPT shows waypoints, VOR shows VOR , NDB shows NDBs and the APRT shows the airports, with in the current range of the ND  

 

 

Radio Nav Aid tuned switch

The switch allows the currently tuned ADF, or VOR to appear on the ND along with its associated pointer. No pointers and tuned nav aids are shown with the switch in the  OFF position

 

 

Baro correction knob

Sets the barro correction for the corresponding PFD. Pulling the knob (mouse wheel back in the A330 PC simulation) selects standard barro.

 

The baro value is displayed in the window and is also shown at  the bottom of the altitude tape on t he OFD.
