System Display for Electrical  AC & DC

 

The electrical system is shown on the system display in two parts. The AC electrical system is shown on the ECAC page and the DC electrical system is shown on the ELDC page.

 

 

Only one of the electrical pages can be seen at any one time. Press the ELAC button on the system display panel to access the AC system or the ELDC button to access the DC system

 

 

Generators

 

Busses

 

The generator display shows the percentage load, the voltage and the frequency. These values are green when within nominal range, otherwise they appear amber

 

 

The IDG shows the IDG temperature and the rise in IDG oil temperature from inlet to outlet.

 

 

The electrical busses are shown as grey boxes. They are indicated by green test if they are powered else by amber text if they are not live.

 

 

Battery

 

The battery boxes show Volts and load in amps. They may also show the OFF indication if the battery is selected off

 

 

Static Inverter

 

The static inverter box shows voltage and frequency, only when it is active.

 

 

Connection Lines

 

The ELAC and ELDC system pages show what is connected using green connection lines. The electrical configuration mat be changed automatically and these lines show the current configuration
